Skylit Eduzone Global Private Limited is an initiative to assist industry in achieving its Human Resource Objectives. We intend to help HR teams in Hiring, Skill Development, Pay-rolling, Performance Management, Background Verifications and other HR Objectives.
Since our inception in 2014 end, we have assisted a number of organizations in attaining their various HR objectives. Our clients include prestigious companies from consulting, background verification, IT, insurance, banking, logistics, manufacturing, power, solar and few other domains. We have filled positions from the level of Vice President till a Fresh Software Developer, HR Executive and Management Trainee with leading companies of India. We have helped hundreds of candidates get their dream jobs and we complete hundreds of background checks every month.

Ajay Mathur is the Founder Director and currently, the head of marketing and operations at Eduzone. Ajay is a BE in Electrical Engineering from MBM Engineering College, Jodhpur, M.Tech. in Power Systems from MNIT Jaipur and a full time MBA from Queen’s School of Business Canada. He has passed examinations such as PET, GATE, GMAT and IES (W). He has worked in key positions in Industry, Academia and Government. He worked as a Scientist in DRDO, Associate Professor and Training and Placement Officer in Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology, Jaipur and Techno-Commercial Sales Professional in companies such as Radius, Viom networks, Su-Kam Power and Genus Power at New Delhi, Gurgaon and Jaipur.
Ajay’s interests include recruiting, mentoring, sales management and entrepreneurship. Ajay is a life time member of Beta Gamma Sigma, an international honor society and Indian Society of Technical Education.
Shipra Mathur is the Founder Director and currently, she heads the recruitment vertical at Eduzone. Shipra is a Gold Medallist in Economics “Honors” and History from Kanoria College Jaipur. She has masters with distinction in Economics from Rajasthan University. Her interests include HR, economics, politics and social entrepreneurship. It is her mission to support start-ups in running their HR operations at minimum cost. She plays a major role in short-listing of the right talent at Eduzone and makes sure that the level of Eduzone candidates is excellent.
She has a flair for social development activities. She wishes that each boy and girl learns to make the right moves and takes the right decisions about their careers at a very young age. She is closely involved with Eduzone mentorship program for young school students.

ADVISORY BOARD
Dr. K.R Bagaria is a Fellow Chartered Accountant by qualification and has 25 years of professional experience. He is associated with the field of education since 1992. In the year 1999, looking at the dearth for engineering professionals in the country, he decided to establish Institutes for preparing techno-managers and therefore made efforts to bring together like-minded people so as to establish a society at Jaipur. He thus became the Founder Director of Swami Keshvanand Institute of Technology Management & Gramothan, Jaipur popularly known as SKIT, established in the year 2000. Later, he also started a pharmacy college and MBA course in the SKIT campus.
Continuing his efforts in the direction, in the year 2003, he established the 1st self financed engineering college in the Bikaner region of Rajasthan known as Marudhar Engineering College. In the same campus he later started a Pharmacy college and also the MBA course. In the year 2008, he established the VIT Campus, Jaipur comprising two Engineering colleges, namely Vivekananda Institute of Technology and Vivekananda Institute of Technology (East).
Going forward, the Bagaria Education Trust, under the leadership of Dr. K.R Bagaria, has established the "VIT University, Jaipur" from the academic session 2012-13 which has been enacted under the Act passed by the Rajasthan State Legislature (Act No. 11 of 2012).
Mr. A K Nagpal, an officer of Indian Telecommunication Service, has forty years of experience in different capacities with several outstanding contributions and recognitions. He has served nationally and internationally in very senior and responsible positions and is well respected across a broad spectrum of the industry.
He did his B.Tech in 1967 from IIT Roorkee and did his M.Tech from IIT Kanpur in 1969. He has served on various important positions such as Chief General Manager- BSNL in various telecom circles, Head R&D-Quippo Telecom, Senior Advisor- Bycell Telecom, Head Telecom-Su-Kam Power Systems Limited and Director-NR Switch n Radio and Advisor- ITP Senergy Advisory Services.
Mr. Nagpal has been keenly involved in the training and research activities throughout his career. He has served as the Selector of trainers for telecom training center by the ITU and has been on deputation to the Government of Nigeria for training telecom engineers.
Mr. Amit Mathur, a Graduate in Civil Engineering from NIT Jaipur and Post Graduate in Rock Mechanics from IIT Delhi, does have a sound experience in Strategic Business Development of large infrastructure projects in India. He has also been actively involved in various key overseas assignments. He has equal command over technical and business issues and commands great respect in the infrastructure industry in India and abroad.
He has been involved in developing a number of young students to become good professionals and under his leadership, a number of young professionals have progressed to become successful technical and business managers. His areas of interest include business strategy and business development, telecom, retail business, tendering, development of business as profit centers and entrepreneurship.
